Where do the meetings run?
On our own servers in the EU. Picture and sound do not go through services from the USA.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests open the link in the browser, on a computer or a phone.
Does MeetinX work with Microsoft Teams?
Yes, in the Pro plan. For each appointment type you decide whether a meeting takes place in MeetinX or in Teams.
Who may use the laser pointer?
The organiser always. Guests only once the organiser allows it, even if they join later.
What do guests see in the waiting room?
Title, start, host and a countdown, plus calm films with music. They do not see the names of other guests.
Can I use MeetinX without BookinX?
Soon. MeetinX will be offered as a product of its own. On the waitlist you will be the first to know when it starts.
How much does MeetinX cost?
Basic €6, Business €10, Pro €15 per licence and month. With yearly payment you pay 10 % less.
